| Wayne A. Benson is President & CEO of EPL, Inc. Since January 2005, Wayne has led EPL through a critical time in the company’s history as it migrated all of its customers to EPL’s new i-POWER platform. Focusing on the fundamental business principle of “doing what we say we are going to do”, Wayne continues to position EPL to compete with the largest players in the industry by enabling credit unions to drive their business through excellence in service by ensuring EPL delivers on its commitment of providing a “truly” open system and excelling at intimate customer relationships and seamless integrations. Wayne joined EPL in April 2004 as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Prior to EPL, Wayne guided credit unions seeking to implement a member centric culture as Owner and President of The Benson Group, Inc. and, before opening a successful consulting firm, Wayne dedicated 23 years of service to CUNA Mutual Group serving in numerous positions including Senior Marketing Officer ,President of CUNA Brokerage Services and Chief Officer, Sales & Marketing. Wayne began his career working for Century Companies of America. From Agent he worked his way up to Regional Vice President, eventually representing the field on an affiliation committee that developed collaborative plans between Century Companies and CUNA Mutual Group. Wayne holds a B.A. degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. |

John Freeman

| John joined EPL in 1978 as a programmer/analyst and has held leadership positions in virtually every area of the company (software engineering, quality assurance, customer support, training and documentation, conversions, data center operations, compliance). In his current role, John serves as Senior Vice President of Finance. In addition to his duties relating to EPL’s financial management, John also oversees Compliance and Security. Prior to joining EPL, John served as Senior Accountant with Price Waterhouse and Co. Received BA degree from Vanderbilt University and MBA from Emory University. Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Alabama Society of CPAs. |

Denise Taylor

| Denise Taylor was named Chief Customer Officer in July 2009 and in that role leads EPL’s customer-facing staff in delivering a customer experience that is unique in the industry. Denise is responsible for Sales and Marketing, Solutions Delivery, Product Management, Education, Documentation and all of Client Support including the Client Call Center, Network Support and Implementations. Denise joined EPL in March of 1990 as a Senior Software Developer. In January, 1996 Denise was named Vice President of Installations where she participated in or oversaw 120 Conversions/Mergers before being named to the position of Senior Vice President Client Services/Network in 2005. Denise’s rare combination of technical skills and experience, customer service skills and her understanding of credit union operations perfectly supports a customer-centric culture. Denise earned a Marketing/Business Degree from the University of Mississippi. |
Vichael Fleming

| Vichael Fleming was named Chief Officer of Software Services in January, 2011. In this role, Vichael is responsible for EPL’s Business Continuity planning, is the executive leader of engineering and oversees EPL’s Data Center Operations, Data Base Administration and System Administration. Vichael is also a resource to our in-house customers’ IT staff. Vichael joined EPL in 1989 as part of our engineering team. |

Kate Vickery

| As Chief Quality Officer, Kate is responsible for leading EPL's strategy for corporate quality. Kate oversees our Software Testing, Project Management, and Configuration Management teams. Kate joined EPL in 2005 and has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, software development, project management, and quality assurance spanning multiple industries including health care, financial services, and aviation. Kate graduated from Brown University and holds an MS from UW-Madison. |

Cathy Hulsey

Cathy Hulsey joined EPL in June, 2011 as Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Services. Cathy is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources Management/SPHR and is experienced in project management, business development, workforce development, government relations, and all facets of Human Resources Management in the Public and Private Sector. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD) from Birmingham School of Law.
