NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
EPL has deployed a “Converged” Network infrastructure to support voice, video and data using a single IP network transport for its data center operations.  This network infrastructure allows EPL to enhance existing product capabilities and provide new product and/or services as the credit union industry implements new technologies without the high costs for retooling existing network infrastructures.

 SUPPORT PACKAGES
A credit union can purchase 10 or 20 hour supports packs at reduced hourly rates for internal technical and/or support activities regardless of network technical expertise required for the application.

 E-MAIL SERVICES
EPL utilizes Microsoft Exchange Server to deliver E-Mail, Calendaring, Contact, Task and Note activities management through Microsoft Outlook, a Web browser or any POP3 or IMAP compliant mail client.
