Credit Unions can purchase Network Support packs for a variety of support or engineering disciplines under a lower flat per hour rate than standard hourly rates. This allows credit unions to budget for upcoming network support activities without regard to type network expertise required or the number of hours required for each technical discipline. Hours can be purchased in blocks of 10 or 20 hours and used anytime during the next 12 month from date of purchase.
